So, I haven't been sleeping well lately. Last night I went to bed semi-early. (Around 12-ish). I was sleeping pretty well, despite sleeping really lightly, like always. At about 5:30 this morning, my neighbors get a visitor... And (s)he knocked on their door SO FREAKING LOUD. So of course, I wake up, and can't fall back asleep for the life of me.
Perhaps I'll try to nap... o_O;

My kitty was put to sleep yesterday. He'd been in my family for 17 years.
I remember when we got him. I was two. My sister and I each picked out which kitten we wanted. I didn't want the ugly black one, so I chose the pretty gray one. We brought them home. I had already decided on the name long before I picked out my kitten: Daisy. But unfortunately, Mom thought that Daisy was not a good name for a boy kitten. So I thought long and hard about a good name. I don't really remember how I came up with the name Spooky, but I did, and that's what I decided on.
I miss my Spooky, but I know he's not suffering anymore.

What the hell. It's 9:30 and I'm awake. Actually, I was awake at 8. But I couldn't fall back asleep. So here I am. Luckily, Dennis is awake too. The two people that usually sleep until odd hours of the day are the two that are up the earliest. That, my friends, is the definition of irony. Or something.
Anyway, I'm getting my own room soon. Probably by tomorrow. Whether or not I'm staying on this floor is another matter.. Either way, I don't care as long as I get my own room.
